Corey’s Top Ten Youtubers

pianoguysAs a senior with two study halls and little to no motivation, I spend a lot of time on Youtube. During this time, I have watched many different people attempt to entertain me and millions of others with all sorts of videos. Here is a Top Ten list of my favorites, in no particular order.

1. Crash Course
Crash Course is the most informational of the youtubers I watch regularly. They cover topics ranging from physics to world history, using humor to keep it interesting along the way.

2. Heir of Carthage
Heir of Carthage is a strategy gamer, and knows a lot about ancient war strategies and tactics. He is very good at what he does, though if you don’t care for video game violence, he is not for you.

3.Tobuscus
Toby Turner has three channels, his main one being Tobuscus. He does many different things ranging from video blogs to parody songs.

4. CinemaSins
“No movie is without sin.” This is the quote on the main page, and the entire goal of this channel is to point out any inconsistencies or impossibilities in different movies. There is some language but most of it is bleeped out.

5. The Piano Guys
The Piano Guys is comprised of a pianist and a cellist. They perform songs often in appropriate locations. For instance, they went to the Great Wall of China to perform a Chinese themed piece.

6. bethanycsmedia
We should all know this one. This is Bethany’s Social Media Youtube channel. They post all their videos here.

7. Peter Hollens
Peter Hollens is an a capella singer that sings a variety of different pieces. He likes to compose his own as well as perform songs like Wayfaring Stranger.

8. MisterEpicMann
What do you get when you put a college student and caffeine together? The answer is MisterEpicMann. He is known for doing just silly videos, the most famous of which is How Animals Eat their Food.

9. Achievement Hunter
Being a gamer, I enjoy finding collectibles in games as well as attaining achievements. Achievement Hunter is a guide channel to finding different in game collectibles as well as guiding you through getting different Achievements.

10. Khan Academy
Finally, there is Khan Academy. This is the Youtube portion of a larger website. It is an educational site with help on subjects like chemistry, history, and calculus.
