Volunteer Cooking allows students to spend their morning study halls in the Facs room baking desserts with the elementary students. This is currently only an opportunity for students in Interpersonal Relationships to gain volunteer hours, and elementary students, but is intended to open up to middle-schoolers and all high school students in the future!
Unfortunately, this will only be available for students who have a morning study hall and have all their work done, so if you don’t have a morning study hall or don’t have your work completed you will be unable to participate. For those in Interpersonal Relationships, and those interested, this program will start in a couple of weeks (expected mid-February). As stated previously, this is an opportunity for students to work together and build relationships between themselves and the younger students, have a great time baking!
